Hi there, I’m Stephanie, manager of Artistry Beauty. Before I introduce my talented team to you, let me tell you a bit more about myself and my mission. You might think that as a manager of a beauty salon, you have to be very vain. Someone who is only interested in her looks. Nothing could be further from the truth. I did not have an easy childhood. As a result, I had no idea what “loving” really meant. Let alone what it meant to love yourself.

During my beautician training, when I came into contact with women living in shelters, I wanted to give them something positive to counteract all the misery and pain. I started to pamper them with manicures, pedicures, facials, eyebrow shaping,… I noticed that the treatment also gave them a chance to open up their hearts. And that talking works, became very clear. Because not only did they look beautiful after the beauty treatment, they were also really radiant! Those happy faces, the relief in their eyes, the proud smile because they finally thought themselves good enough… That special impact on someone’s life, was something that I did not want to let go of. From then on, my self-confidence also started to grow slowly.

That was a turning point for me. The moment I knew I wanted to mean something! For my children, for myself and for all women who need some me-time accompanied by a warm chat. I decided to start my own beauty salon. From a small room in my home it has grown into a large beauty salon with 7 permanent team members. While training my team members, I discovered another way to positively influence someone’s life. Through my training, I gave others the opportunity to develop themselves further. To gain more self-confidence. This is how the idea of in-house training came about.
