The treatment

The application of eyelash extensions is painless but can take quite some time. This is because up to 150 hairs can be attached during one session. Therefore, count on 1.5 hours to 2 hours of treatment time, depending on the technique used. In order to enjoy your new, longer lashes as long as possible, your lash stylist will advise you on the importance of aftercare.
Aftercare
- The lashes must not get wet for the first 24 hours. This way, the glue can stick properly and your lashes will remain firmly in place. So don’t forget your umbrella when it rains and take care when showering and washing your face. After this period, you can swim or shower without worrying about an unexpected downpour.
- Clean your eyelashes carefully and do not rub too much or too hard in your eyes.
- Also beware of oil-based make-up cleaners. It can cause the glue to come off, and therefore your beautiful lash extensions as well.
- Finally, it is better not to be too fanatical with your eyelash curler.
It is really important that you follow the guidelines concerning the aftercare of your eyelash extensions! Then you can enjoy them up to 4 weeks. Will they grow out after a while? Then you can have the eyelash extensions touched up again.
